Work Comp Calendar Update

Intermittent Problems Experienced

While this form has been functional for over a year, intermittent failures have been reported. If you do not receive a confirmation that your update was sent, you should treat the calendar update as not sent.

You can bypass the online form and send your update directly to the Workers Comp calendaring staff by emailing the update (with the information reqeusted below) to Betty.Vandenburg@state.mn.us. Please place "Attorney Calendar Update" in the subject line of your email. We regret any inconvenience this may be causing and we are working with the staff of our web-hosting provider to address the problem.
