.239 Update
The telephone number for the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) .239 request line has been changed to 651-361-7901. This telephone number is for .239 requests only. All other calls including .239 conference withdrawals must be directed to the OAH main telephone number, which is 651-361-7900.
When leaving a message on the .239 request line, please be prepared to state the following information:
- Your name and contact information.
- Employee's name. (Please spell out and speak slowly)
- Employee's social security number.
- Employee's date of injury.
- The date the Notice of Intention to Discontinue (NOID) was served on the employee.
- Please state which box on the NOID was checked. If box 1 or 2 is checked, state the return to work date; if box 3 is checked, state the reason.
- If no NOID was filed, please state the last date of payment.
- Include the name of the employee's attorney and the names of the attorney for the insurer and the QRC if known.
- If an interpreter is needed, please state the dialect.
