Dear Workers’ Compensation Attorney

In an effort to keep you up-to-date on changes at the Office of Administrative Hearings/Workers’ Compensation Section, OAH is creating an email subscription list.  It is designed to reach all attorneys who practice in the area of workers’ compensation law.  Once you subscribe to this list, you will receive all future communications from OAH that impact workers’ compensation.  I strongly urge you to subscribe.  Keep in mind that the email address you list will be the one that receives the updates from OAH.  If your administrative assistant subscribes, that person and not you, will receive the updates.  If you want to receive the updates directly in your own email account, please subscribe to the list with an email from your own email address.  Here is how to subscribe:

Subscribing to the List

1. Send an email addressed to OAH-wc-subscribe@lists.state.mn.us OR

2. Direct your browser to https://webmail.mnet.state.mn.us/mailman/listinfo/oah-wc (you may receive a “certificate error message,” proceed to the site anyway).

3. For new subscribers, enter your email address (adding a password is optional).

4. You will receive an email back from Mailman (the listserv software) saying that you have been added.

Viewing/Managing Your Listserv Subscription

1. Direct your browser to https://webmail.mnet.state.mn.us/mailman/listinfo/oah-wc (you may receive a “certificate error message,” proceed to the site anyway).

2. To change your subscription options, scroll down to the OAH-wc Subscribers section and enter your email in the lower text box. Clicking the button labelled “Unsubscribe or edit options” will take you to the edit screen.
