George A. Beck
Judge Beck was appointed as an ALJ in 1976. He welcomes prehearing conferences, argument on motions, or resolution of discovery, by telephone conference. Stipulations to simplify and shorten hearings are encouraged. Counsel are expected to cooperate in order to expedite resolution of cases.
