Eric L. Lipman
Judge Lipman was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge in 2006.
He welcomes the opportunity to conduct pre-hearing conferences, argument on
motions, or resolution of discovery, by way of telephone conference.
Consistent with the admonitions in Minnesota's professional rules, attorneys are urged to cooperate with each other in order
to facilitate the prompt resolution of cases. Stipulations that simplify and focus the
conduct of hearings are likewise encouraged.
