
Beverly Jones Heydinger joined the Office of Administrative Hearings in January, 1999. Since joining the office, she has conducted hearings and mediations for many state and local agencies. Prior to joining OAH, Judge Heydinger worked for the Minnesota Attorney General's Office from 1978 to 1998, serving as Deputy Attorney General and member of the Executive Committee from 1991-1998. Heydinger has a B.A. from Carleton College, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and she is a Qualified Mediator.
Judge Heydinger is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers, and the Minnesota Bar Association, and was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the Legal Services Planning Committee. She received the MSBA Public Law Section Public Attorney Award of Excellence in 1996. She serves on the Leadership Committee for the Campaign for Legal Aid (Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services).
