OAH has offices in Saint Paul and Duluth.
Hearings are conducted in these locations, along with many others throughout the state. Be sure to check your hearing notice
to determine the location of your hearing.
Saint Paul - 600 North Robert Street
Parking Information
Two visitor parking lots are available for persons attending hearings at OAH in Saint Paul. Access both lots from Jackson and 14th Street. The short-term lot (west lot) uses a pay station which accepts quarters. The long-term lot (east lot) uses a pay station which accepts quarters, bills ($1 and $5), and credit cards. "All day" parking in the east lost is available for $6.00. Due to the Central Corridor Light Rail construction, on-street parking is limited (with more available on blocks further from the Stassen Building, primarily to the south of I-94). Those meters have a four-hour periods. Autos must be reparked at the conclusion of that time (no "plugging" the meter).

Directions
- From the North and West via I-94 - Take I-94 east to the Marion Street exit. Turn left (north) on Marion Street. Follow Marion to University Avenue. Turn right (east) on University Avenue and proceed to Jackson Street. The Stassen Building is two blocks south of University Avenue.
- From the North and East via I-35E - Take I-35E south to the University Avenue exit. Turn right (west) on University Avenue. Follow University one block to Jackson Street. Turn left on Jackson to access the visitor parking lot during Central Corridor Light Rail construction.
NOTE: Turning left on Robert Street is prohibited during Light Rail construction. The Stassen Building is two blocks south of University Avenue.
- From the South and East via I-94 - Take I-94 west to the Twelfth Street exit. The Stassen Building is the first building on the right. NOTE: Turn right on Jackson to access the visitor parking lot during Central Corridor Light Rail construction.
- From the South and West via I-35E - Take I-35E north to the Eleventh Street exit. Remain on Eleventh Street to Jackson Street. Turn left (north) on Jackson and cross the I-94 overpass.
The Stassen Building is the first building on the left. To access the visitor lots, go north on Jackson to 14th Street and turn left.
Landmarks
The Saint Paul office is located in the Stassen Building, between Robert and Jackson Streets, on the eastern edge of the Capitol Complex. The Minnesota State Capitol Building is located two blocks to the west of the Stassen Building.
Regions Hospital is one block east of the building. I-94 passes immediately south of the building.
Transit Information
For those coming to the Saint Paul location of OAH by public tranportation, the bus system provides access, with no parking hassles.
Routes and schedules are available from www.MetroTransit.org. When operating, the Central Corridor Light Rail will feature a station directly in front of the Stassen Building.
