
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services published its annual update of the Poverty Guidelines on January 23, 2008. These guidelines are used in calculating levels of income and assets that a complainant must demonstrate to qualify for a waiver of the filing fee through an Affidavit for Proceeding In Forma Pauperis.
The following are the 2008 Poverty Guideline income levels for Minnesota:
