General Information
The Excelsior Energy Petition regarding issues of a proposed purchase power agreement, assessing a proposed plant as a least-cost resource, and determining purchase obligations by Xcel has been referred by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission to OAH for a contested case proceeding. This matter has been assigned to Judges Mihalchick and Johnson. This webpage is intended to provide useful and timely information in this matter. The ALJs in this matter will be making a recommendation to the Commission regarding Excelsior Energy's Petition.
