General Information

The Big Stone Transmission Line application has been referred by the the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission to OAH for a contested case proceeding. This matter has been assigned to Judges Mihalchick and Neilson. This webpage is intended to provide useful and timely information in the Big Stone matter. The ALJs in this matter will be making a recommendation to the Commission regarding the proposed transmission line.
