ORDER FOR MEDIATION |
WHEREAS, both parties to the above matter have consented to mediate the above matter.
THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to the Scheduling Order of District Court Judge Louise Dovre Bjorkman dated November 17, 2000, Minn. Ct. Rule 114 and Minn. Stat. § 14.48, Subd. 3(e) (2000) that Phyllis A. Reha, Administrative Law Judge, Office of Administrative Hearings, 100 Washington Square, 100 Washington Avenue, Suite 1700, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401-2138, telephone 612-341-7602, is appointed as mediator in this matter, and that the mediation shall be held on March 30th, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, no later than one week prior to the mediation, each party shall file with the mediator a confidential mediation statement which shall set out (1) a brief summary of the facts and issues, (2) a description of settlement discussions to date, and (3) a list of the names and titles of persons who will attend the mediation. The mediation statement need not be served on the other party. It is strongly recommended that the person with authority to settle this case for each party be present. If that is not possible that person shall be immediately available by telephone.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that after termination of the mediation the mediator shall notify the presiding judge whether the matter was resolved.
