Minnesota State College and Universities (MNSCU) – Northland Community and Technical College,                                             Employer.

            This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge upon the parties’ Stipulation for Dismissal, which has been filed with the Administrative Law Judge.  Attached hereto and marked as Exhibit A is a true and accurate copy of the parties’ Stipulation for Dismissal.

            Employee Diane Danielson appeared pro se, 4702 16^th Avenue S.W., #101, Fargo, North Dakota.  Employer Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and Northland Community Technical College is represented by David W. Merchant, Assistant Attorney General, 1100 NCL Tower, 445 Minnesota Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101.

            The Administrative Law Judge having reviewed the Stipulation for Dismissal and finding that the parties’ have reached a settlement in this matter, HEREBY ORDERS THAT:  the Notice of and Order for Hearing dated January 5, 2001 is dismissed in its entirety and with prejudice.
