In the Matter of the Local Due Process Hearing between Walter Hoskins and Special School District No. 1 (Minneapolis)

ORDER

WHEREAS, the parties in this case have entered into a Settlement Agreement resolving their original special education dispute in this matter;

WHEREAS, the parties had agreed prior to entering into the Settlement Agreement that the School District would pay for the independent educational evaluations conducted by Dr. Richard Ziegler and Lynn Klindworth in connection with this case;

WHEREAS, this case has been reopened by agreement of the parties to permit the Independent Hearing Officer to issue an Order requiring the District to pay for those independent educational evaluations;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

1. The School District will pay for the independent educational evaluation that was conducted by Dr. Richard Ziegler based upon the agreement of the parties.

2. The School District will pay for the functional behavioral assessment conducted by Lynn Klindworth based upon the agreement of the parties.
