ORDER WAIVING FILING FEE

Mark Klasen filed a Complaint in this matter on August 18, 2008.  Mr. Klasen also submitted a notarized Affidavit for Proceeding In Forma Pauperis.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 211B.32, subd. 5(b), the Office of Administrative Hearings may waive the payment of the filing fee, if the individual seeking a waiver of the fee files an affidavit stating that the individual is financially unable to pay the fee.

Based upon the affidavit filed by Mr. Klasen and pursuant to the 2008 poverty guideline income levels for Minnesota, the Administrative Law Judge finds that the Complainant qualifies for a waiver of the filing fee.

ORDER

IT IS ORDERED:

That payment of the $50 filing fee in this matter is waived.
