ORDER OF DISMISSAL

 

          The above-entitled matter is pending before the undersigned Administrative Law Judge pursuant to Notice of Prehearing and Hearing dated May 30, 2001.

 

          Douglas A. Kelley, Esq. and William Michael, Esq., 431 South Seventh Street, Suite 2530, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415, represented Margaret A. Rehder.  Martin Munic, Assistant Hennepin County Attorney, C-2000 Government Center, 300 S. Sixth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55487, represented Hennepin County Intergovernmental Relations.

 

          On November 27, 2001, the parties and counsel executed a Settlement Agreement in this matter that was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on November 30, 2001.  The agreement provides that this appeal will be dismissed with prejudice.

 

          NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § § 383B.26-.42, it is hereby ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
