FOURTH PREHEARING ORDER

This matter came before Administrative Law Judge Eric L. Lipman upon the stipulation of counsel.

Joel M. Fussy, Assistant Minneapolis City Attorney, appeared on behalf of the City of Minneapolis, Division of Licenses and Consumer Services. Adam C. Kaatz, Wayzata Law Group, LLC, appeared on behalf of Bander Beyla, Incorporated, Mahamood Ahmed and Burham Shire.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. The Second Pre-Hearing Order is VACATED and the evidentiary hearing that is now set for Wednesday, March 30, 2011 through Friday, April 1, 2011 is CANCELLED.

2. The parties will participate in a status conference by “meet me” telephone call at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2011.
