ORDER OF DISMISSAL

          The above-entitled matter is pending before the undersigned Administrative Law Judge pursuant to a Stipulation for Veterans Preference Act Hearing Before ALJ dated May 16, 2007.

Thomas D. Harmon, Attorney at Law, Thomas D. Harmon & Associates, P.L.L.C., 7400 Metro Boulevard, Suite 100, Edina, Minnesota 55439, appeared on behalf of the Veteran, Damon Cooper.  Martin D. Munic, Assistant Hennepin County Attorney, c-2000 Government Center, 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota  55487, appeared on behalf of the Employer, Hennepin County Medical Center.

On August 1, 2007, the parties agreed to a settlement of this matter.  In view of the parties’ agreement, this matter should be dismissed.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that the above-entitled matter be and hereby is DISMISSED pursuant to the terms of the parties’ Settlement Agreement.
