CONFERENCE

 

 

          PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned Administrative Law Judge will conduct a prehearing conference in this matter on Friday, June 1, 2007, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings, Suite 1700, 100 Washington Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401.  The purpose of the prehearing conference is to discuss preparations for the hearing in this matter and to schedule a time and place for the hearing.  The parties should be prepared to exchange lists of witnesses whom they intend to call to testify and copies of the documents they intend to introduce as exhibits.
