ORDER

The hearing in this matter was scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 19, 2010, at the Office of Administrative Hearings, 320 West Second Street, Suite 714, Duluth, Minnesota. At the request of the parties and for good cause, it is necessary to continue the hearing in order to obtain necessary information from the City of Duluth.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

(1) That the hearing in this matter is CONTINUED indefinitely, pending further orders of the Administrative Law Judge; and

(2) This matter is set for a telephone prehearing conference at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 18, 2010.
