ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE’S ORDER ON RESUBMISSION OF RULES UNDER MINN. STAT. §§ 14.386 AND 14.388 AND MINN. R. 1400.2400

 

 

            The Minnesota Secretary of State(“agency”) proposes to adopt the above-entitled rules pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 14.386 and 14.388.  On July 21, 2004, the Administrative Law Judge issued an Order on Review of Rules Under Minn. Stat. § 14.388, disapproving portions of the rules.  On July 26, 2004, the agency requested that the Administrative Law Judge review modifications to those parts of the rules that had been disapproved.

 

          Based upon a review of the modifications made by the agency as presented in the July 26, 2004 submissions and filings, Minnesota Statutes, Minnesota Rules, and the previous order issued in this matter,

 

          IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the proposed rules, dated July 27, 2004, are approved as to legality.
