          I have been informed by counsel for Mr. Werth, the Veteran in this matter, and the City of St. Paul that the parties have arrived at a settlement agreement in this case.  Accordingly, I cancelled the evidentiary hearing, which was set for January 15, 2009, and am returning this matter to you, along with the official record.

 

          I RECOMMEND that this matter be DISMISSED.
