          The hearing in this matter was rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2008, at the Office of Administrative Hearings, 600 North Robert Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota.  However, both parties have requested that the hearing be further continued to allow them additional time to explore the possibility of settlement or, in the alternative, to narrow the issues to be heard.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the hearing in this matter is CONTINUED until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2008, at the same location.
