I understand that Mr. Schnobrich is the new City Attorney for Redwood Falls. Because Mr. Schnobrich has a conflict with the hearing date I previously set, the procedural schedule is revised as follows:

February 28, 2008: Deadline for exchanging exhibits and witness lists. The witness lists shall contain a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness. Please send me a copy of the witness and exhibit lists.

March 6, 2008: Hearing, commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the Redwood County Courthouse, 250 S. Jefferson, Redwood Falls, MN 56283.
