I have received the Commissioner’s Order dated January 9, 2008, which returns this matter to me for hearing. This letter constitutes the Prehearing Order in the above matter. The procedural schedule is as follows:

February 7, 2008: Deadline for exchanging exhibits and witness lists. The witness lists shall contain a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness. Please send me a copy of the witness and exhibit lists.
