ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

          The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on September 17, 2003.   

Dale G. Swanson, Attorney at Law, 407 West Broadway Avenue, Forest Lake, MN  55025, appeared on behalf of Larry L. Willadson, Petitioner.  Neil Bowerman, Attorney at Law, has notified the undersigned by telephone that he represents Special School District No. 1, 807 NE Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55413.

At the request of the Petitioner, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.     The hearing scheduled for September 17, 2003 is continued.

2.     A prehearing conference will be held by telephone as soon as possible to resolve discovery questions and reschedule the hearing.  Counsel should contact the administrative law judge as soon as possible to arrange a date and time for the telephone conference.

3.     Mr. Bowerman is requested to file a Notice of Appearance as soon as possible.
