ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE AND SCHEDULING PREHEARING CONFERENCE

On November 15, 2001, the administrative law judge was notified that Pamela R. Galanter, Frank Madden & Associates, 505 North Highway 169, Suite 295, Plymouth, MN 55441, had substituted as counsel for Washington County. On November 16, 2001, Ms. Galanter notified the administrative law judge that she was not available for hearing on December 10 and 11, 2001. Ms. Galanter has not been able to contact the Petitioner’s counsel to agree upon another date.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. The hearing scheduled for December 10 and 11, 2001 is continued.

2. A prehearing conference will be held by telephone with counsel on December 14, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. to discuss the scope of the issues for hearing and set the date for hearing. The parties need not be present. The administrative law judge will initiate the call.
