RE: Petition of Triangle Transportation Company, Inc. for Charter Carrier Permit Authority (OAH Docket No. 7-3001-9606-2, TRB Docket No. CH 146851/A-94-795); and
Petition of Lange Transport, Inc. for Extension of Charter Carrier Permit Authority (OAH Docket No. 7-3001-9618-2, TRB Docket No. CH 57484/E-94-811, Sub. 3).
Dear Chairman Helgeson:
Upon review of the Reports issued in the above-entitled matters, I noticed some clerical errors which I believe should be rectified in order to add necessary clarity. I list below the applicable clerical errors in each Report and the changes made to clarify.
In the Triangle Report:
1. At page 4, Finding 13, ll.4-5, delete the clause “, counted as a liability in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities filed initially, “; and
2. At page 8, Finding 27, l.5, change “transpiration” to “transportation”; and
3. At page 9, Finding 30, l.7, delete “eastern” and insert “western” in its place; and

Page Two
4. At page 10, Conclusion 3, l.1 delete the comma after “Petitioner’s”.
In the Lange Report:
1. At page 6, top line (last sentence of Finding 13), insert “and” between “situations” and “‘did. . .’”; and
2. At page 6, Finding 14, first sentence, delete the parenthetical phrase and substitute “(a Hubbard County community subject to the 40% restriction)”; and
3. At page 10, Conclusion 5, l.7, strike the period after “serve” and replace it with a comma, insert the words “and because the Petitioner” in place of “The Petitioner’s President” and replace the word “he” with “it”; and
4. At page 12, top line, delete “originating” and replace it with “with over 40% of the passengers getting on”.
For your convenience, substitute pages incorporating these clerical corrections are attached. Thank you.
Very truly yours,
RICHARD C. LUIS
