THIRD PREHEARING ORDER

          The Second Prehearing Order stated that the hearing would commence on January 15, 2000 and continue through January 19, 2001.  The year on the commencement date was in error and, moreover, that is the Martin Luther King holiday. 

Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:

ORDER

          The Hearing in this matter will commence January 16, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room, 525 Park Street, St. Paul, Minnesota and continue as necessary through January 19, 2001.
