In the Matter of the Revocation of the Sales and Use Tax Permit of Zachman Cleaning Services

ORDER RESCHEDULING THE HEARING

   

TO:  Wayne L. Sather, Attorney, Minnesota Department of Revenue, Mail Station 2220, 600 North Robert Street, Saint Paul, MN 55146-2220, for the Department of Revenue (“Department”); Zachman Cleaning Services, 8644 Zachman Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344-3901.

The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger on November 10, 2004.  The parties entered into negotiations to resolve this matter, but a final agreement has not been reached.  At the request of the Department, the hearing has been rescheduled.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.       The hearing in this matter will be held on February 14, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.

2.       The parties are encouraged to continue their efforts to resolve the matter prior to the hearing.

3.       Failure to appear at the hearing without the prior approval of the judge may result in the allegations or issues set out in the Notice and Order for Hearing being taken as true.  See Minn. R. 1400.6000.
