ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

 

 

            To:  Zachman Cleaning Services, 8644 Zachman Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344-3901; Wayne L. Sather, Attorney, Minnesota Department of Revenue, Mail Station 2220, 600 North Robert Street, St. Paul, MN 55146-2220.

The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on November 10, 2004.   

The parties have agreed to review the matter to determine if the tax liability has been correctly calculated.  It will take some time to complete the review.  The Department has requested a continuance, and the Respondent has concurred.  For good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

The hearing scheduled for November 10, 2004 is cancelled.  The Department will notify the undersigned by December 15, 2004 whether the request for hearing is withdrawn or should be rescheduled.
