ORDER FOR MEDIATION |
WHEREAS, the parties in the above matter have consented to mediation of the case;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Minn. R. 1400.5950, that Beverly Jones Heydinger, Administrative Law Judge, 100 Washington Avenue South, Suite 1700, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401, is appointed as Mediator in this matter, and that the mediation shall be held on April 4, 2007, at the Office of Administrative Hearings, 100 Washington Avenue South, Suite 1700, Minneapolis, Minnesota beginning at 9:00 a.m. Judge Heydinger’s telephone number is 612-341-7606, and her fax number is 612-349-2665.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, by the end of the day on Monday, April 2, 2007, each party shall file with the Mediator a confidential mediation statement which shall set out (1) a brief summary of the facts and issues; (2) a description of settlement discussions to date; (3) any suggestions of the parties for resolution; and (4) a list of the names and titles of persons who will attend the mediation. The mediation statement need not be served on the other party. It is strongly recommended that the person with authority to settle this case for each party be present. If that is not possible, that person shall be immediately available by tealephone.
