ORDER FOR SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

TO: All Persons on
the Attached Service List
Based upon the October 18, 2010, request of the Joint CLECs,
the October 21, 2010, response of the Joint Petitioners, and the October 21,
2010, determination of Administrative Law Judge Barbara L. Neilson that it is appropriate
to convene a settlement conference in this matter, and in accordance with Minn.
Stat. § 237.076 and Minn. R. 1400.6550,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. A settlement
conference shall be held before Administrative Law Judge Kathleen D. Sheehy on
Tuesday, November 2, 2010, commencing at 8:00 a.m. at the Office of
Administrative Hearings,
2. All
parties shall attend or be represented at the settlement conference and be
prepared to participate in meaningful settlement discussions. If necessary, individuals may participate in
the settlement conference by telephone.
3. A
person with authority to settle this case for each party either shall be
present at the settlement conference or immediately available by telephone.
4. The
parties may, if they wish, submit a confidential statement to Judge Sheehy by the
end of the day on Friday, October 29, 2010, briefly summarizing the issues and
settlement proposals. The confidential statement
need not be served on the other parties.
