SECOND PREHEARING ORDER

This matter came before Kathleen D. Sheehy, Administrative Law Judge, on the Petition to Intervene filed by Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnership (Enbridge) on January 28, 2010, and the Petition to Intervene filed by the Izaak Walton League of America-Midwest Office, Fresh Energy, and Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy (MCEA) on January 29, 2010.

Shane K. Henriksen, Senior Energy Management Specialist, Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnership, 1409 Hammond Avenue, Floor 2, Superior, WI 54880, appeared for Enbridge. Elizabeth Goodpaster, Staff Attorney, 26 East Exchange Street, Suite 206, St. Paul, MN 55101, appeared for the Izaak Walton League of America-Midwest Office, Fresh Energy, and the MCEA.

No objections were made to the Petitions to Intervene.

Based upon the record, and pursuant to Minn. R. 1400.6200, subp. 3, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:

ORDER

Enbridge, the Izaak Walton League of America-Midwest Office, Fresh Energy, and the MCEA are admitted as full parties to this proceeding.
