This matter came before Administrative Law Judge Manuel J. Cervantes (ALJ) by the request of the parties for amendment of the schedule for subsequent proceedings. The following persons represent parties to this proceeding:
Karl W. Sonneman, Attorney at Law, 111 Riverfront, Suite 202, Winona, Minnesota 55987, on behalf of the Digital Telecommunications Inc.
Jason D. Topp, Corporate Counsel, Qwest Corporation, 200 South Fifth Street, Room 2200, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402, on behalf of Qwest Corporation.
Based on the communications between the parties, and all the files and proceedings herein, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:
ORDER
Schedule
1. The Administrative Law
Judge issued the First Prehearing Order in this matter on December 9,
2009. In that Order, the ALJ established
a schedule for prefiled testimony consistent with the parties’ expectations for
completing that work. Subsquently the
parties have informed the ALJ that additional time is required and that an
amended schedule has been agreed upon between the parties.
2. Based on the parties’ agreement, the existiing schedule in this proceeding is amended as follows:
Qwest and DTI Direct Testimony February 12, 2010
Department Direct Testimony March 12, 2010
Qwest and DTI Rebuttal Testimony April 9, 2010
Surrebuttal Testimony – All Parties May 14, 2010
Evidentiary Hearing, To be determined
Briefing Schedule To be determined
