SECOND PREHEARING ORDER

In the Matter of Digital Telecommunications Inc. Complaint against Qwest Corporation

 

 

 

          This matter came before Administrative Law Judge Manuel J. Cervantes (ALJ) by the request of the parties for amendment of the schedule for subsequent proceedings.  The following persons represent parties to this proceeding:

Based on the communications between the parties, and all the files and proceedings herein, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:

ORDER

Schedule

1.       The Administrative Law Judge issued the First Prehearing Order in this matter on December 9, 2009.  In that Order, the ALJ established a schedule for prefiled testimony consistent with the parties’ expectations for completing that work.  Subsquently the parties have informed the ALJ that additional time is required and that an amended schedule has been agreed upon between the parties.

2.       Based on the parties’ agreement, the existiing schedule in this proceeding is amended as follows:
