NOTICE OF CHANGE TO DATE OF HEARING

A Prehearing Order was filed in this proceeding on July 28, 2009, setting the date for hearing on October 12, 2009.  Upon further checking, the location designated for the hearing was not available on that date, but was available the following day, October 13, 2009.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

 

1.                  A combined public hearing and evidentiary hearing will be held on October 13, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.,  at:

Glyndon Community Center

212 Partridge Avenue South

Glyndon, Minnesota  56547

 

2.                  All other provisions of the Prehearing Order issued on July 28, 2009, shall remain in effect.
