PREHEARING ORDER

A prehearing conference was held before Beverly Jones Heydinger, Administrative Law Judge, on October 11, 2010, at the Public Utilities Commission, 350 Metro Square Building, 121 Seventh Place East, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Appearances:

Matthew B. Seltzer, Leonard, Street & Deinard, on behalf of the Applicant.

B. Andrew Brown, Dorsey & Whitney LLP, on behalf of the Intervenor, Radio Fargo-Moorhead.

Karen Finstad Hammel, Assistant Attorney General, on behalf of Office of Energy Security, Energy Facility Permitting Staff (Department). David Birkholz, Project Manager, was also present.

Commission staff Bob Cupit and Tricia DeBleeckere were present.

Discussion was held among the participants concerning the proposed schedule. The Administrative Law Judge makes the following Prehearing Order.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. A Prehearing Conference will be held by telephone on December 16, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. The participants shall call 888-742-5095, and enter 2494407275# to join the conference.

2. The Service List will be amended to reflect the current parties.
