NOTICE OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE OCTOBER 1, 2010 |
This matter was remanded to the Office of Administrative Hearings by an Order Reopening Record and Referring to the Office of Administrative Hearings, issued by the Public Utilities Commission on August 25, 2010. That Order reopened Docket No. IP-6687/TL-08-988 (route permit) and Docket No. IP-6687/WS-08-1134 (siting permit) to supplement the record.
The remand is “for the limited purpose of supplementing the evidentiary record on issues regarding the potential for impacts of the Noble Flat Hill Windpark and transmission line on Radio Fargo-Moorhead’s operations.”
A prehearing conference will be held to establish deadlines for the completion of any discovery and prefiling of testimony, to set the dates for hearing, and to consider such other matters as may be necessary.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. A prehearing conference will be held on October 1, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. at the Public Utilities Commission, 121 Seventh Place East, Suite 350, St. Paul, MN.
