AMENDED NOTICE OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE OCTOBER 11, 2010

This matter was remanded to the Office of Administrative Hearings by an Order Reopening Record and Referring to the Office of Administrative Hearings, issued by the Public Utilities Commission on August 25, 2010. That Order reopened Docket No. IP-6687/TL-08-988 (route permit) and Docket No. IP-6687/WS-08-1134 (siting permit) to supplement the record.

At the request of the parties, the Prehearing Conference scheduled for October 1, 2020, has been rescheduled to October 11, 2010, at 1:30 p.m., at the Public Utilities Commission.

ORDER

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. A prehearing conference will be held on October 11, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. at the Public Utilities Commission, 121 Seventh Place East, Suite 350, St. Paul, MN.

2. This Order is being sent to all persons on the Public Utilities Commission service list for these proceedings.
