To The Parties:
Please be advised that the service list in this matter was altered through a technical problem. The changes converted the service method from electronic to paper for a number of recipients. Those changes were not authorized by the ALJ and the problem has been addressed. Those persons who wished to receive electronic service have been restored to that status in the current service list. Please note that the current service list has only the ALJ and the PUC representative in this matter receiving paper service.
A copy of the corrected service list is attached to this letter. All parties are requested to check all of their information on the current service list. If any information is incorrect, incomplete, or you wish to have your manner of service changed, please contact me directly to get any needed changes made. The communication can be made directly to me by letter, telephone, or email at Michael.Lewis@state.mn.us. The response to this letter need not be e-Filed or served on other parties, since the updated information will be available to all participants through the eService system.
Please direct any questions on this matter to me. We regret that this problem has caused a disruption of parties’ normal service methods and that we did not recognize the problem sooner.
