Dear Ms. Ellis,

 

Little Earth of United Tribes petitioned to participate in this proceeding, and its petition was granted.  Also, your testimony was prefiled and provided to the parties.   

 

The proceeding in this matter began with public hearings on April 5 and April 6, 2010, in Minneapolis.  However, you did not appear at any of the four sessions.  The evidentiary hearing began on April 12, 2010, and has continued each business day.  Through Friday, April 16, 2010, you have not appeared.

 

The testimony of several of the Applicant's witnesses has been completed; other parties will begin their testimony on or about April 20.  The hearing is scheduled to continue on April 19-21, and from April 26-30, and possibly on May 3 and 4 as well.

 

Please contact me immediately to let me know when you will be available to offer your prefiled testimony into the record and to stand for cross-examination.  In order for your prefiled testimony to be entered into the hearing record and considered, these steps must be taken.
