In the Matter of the Application for a High Voltage Transmission Line Route Permit for the Hiawatha Transmission Project

ORDER EXTENDING SCHEDULE FOR TESTIMONY OF WILL STARK

 

 

 

          On March 8, 2010, the Applicant requested that the Second Prehearing Order and Schedule Revisions be amended to allow it to file testimony prepared by Will Stark, Stark Preservation Planning LLC, related to issues raised in direct testimony filed by the City of Minneapolis and Hennepin County.  The Applicant anticipated that Mr. Stark’s report could be prepared and filed by March 26, 2010.  The Applicant offered to extend the opportunity for other parties to file rebuttal to Mr. Stark’s report to April 9, 2010.

 

          All parties to this proceeding were copied on the Applicant’s request.  No objection was received from any party within 10 business days, as permitted to respond to a matter that may be characterized as a motion to amend the prehearing schedule.[1]

 

ORDER

          IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.               The Applicant’s request to amend the Second Prehearing Order and Schedule Revisions to allow filing the testimony of Will Stark by March 26, 2010, is GRANTED.

2.               Other parties shall have until April 9, 2010, to file rebuttal to Mr. Stark’s testimony.
