On January 6, 2010, Phillips West Neighborhood Organization (Phillips West) filed a Petition to Intervene in this proceeding, pursuant to Minn. R. 1400.6200. On January 10, 2010, its Petition to Intervene was granted.
On March 29, 2010, a Notice and Order to Show Cause was issued to Phillips West, requesting that it clarify its intent to continue as a party in this proceeding
By letter dated April 2, 2010, Phillips West notified the undersigned that it did not intend to continue as a party, but requested that its letter, stating its position concerning the Hiawatha Transmission Project, be received into the record.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Phillips West Neighborhood Organization is DISMISSED as a party to this proceeding.
2. Phillips West Neighborhood Organization’s letter of April 2, 2010, setting forth its position in this proceeding shall be received into the hearing record.
3. Phillips West Neighborhood Organization shall be deleted from the contested case service list.
