In the Matter of the Route Permit Application by Great River Energy and Xcel Energy for a 345 kV Transmission Line from Brookings County, South Dakota to Hampton, Minnesota.	AMENDMENTS TO FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION

Administrative Law Judge Richard C. Luis issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions, and Recommendation in this proceeding on April 22, 2010. Subseqently, several clerical errors were identified in the report issued on that date. Pursuant to Minn. Rule 1400.8300, the Administrative Law Judge hereby corrects the Report in the identifed locations to read:

Footnote 551 Attachment 4A is Ex. 202 (Route Alternatives Map); Attachment 4B is Ex. 202, annotated to identify the locations contained in public comment received after the hearing opposing Applicants’ Preferred Route in the Hampton area (Attachments 4A and 4B are appended to the Johnsons’ Proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendations, Doc. Id. 20103-47786-02, PDF pages 26 and 27).

The record demonstrates that it is appropriate to grant a Route Permit for the Revised Cedar Mountain South 115 kV Route, as shown on Attachment 7 (appended to the Applicants’ Proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation, Doc. Id. 20102-47095-01).
