SECOND PREHEARING ORDER

This matter came before Administrative Law Judge Kathleen D. Sheehy on the joint request of Qwest, the CLEC Coalition, and Eschelon to revise the procedural schedule. The Department of Commerce has no objection to the proposed revision.

Based on the agreement of the parties, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:

ORDER

The procedural schedule is revised as follows: On March 3, 2008, the parties will file a joint statement of the legal issues and notify the Administrative Law Judge of their availability for a prehearing conference to set additional deadlines. The briefing schedule contained in the First Prehearing Order is hereby suspended.
