NOTICE OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE

On January 4, 2007, the Public Utilities Commission issued an Order Accepting Filing and Suspending Rates, Order Setting Interim Rates and Notice and Order for Hearing. The Notice and Order for Hearing directed the parties to address issues concerning the proposed rate case through a contested case proceeding and assigned the matter to the undersigned Administrative Law Judge.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. A Prehearing Conference will be held at the Public Utilities Commission, Small Hearing Room on February 2, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. to clarify the issues and set a schedule.

2. Parties are encouraged to file a Notice of Appearance at the first opportunity. Persons seeking to intervene are encouraged to promptly file a request and to attend the Prehearing Conference.

3. A copy of this notice will be sent to those listed on the PUC’s service list.
