RULING ON PETITIONS TO INTERVENE

WHEREAS, Onvoy, Inc., filed a petition to intervene as a party in this matter on June 2, 2006;

WHEREAS, Integra Telecom of Minnesota, Inc.; McLeodUSA Telecommunications Service, Inc.; POPP.com, DIECA Communications, Inc. d/b/a/ Covad Communications Company, Inc.; Inc.; TDS Metrocom; XO Communications of Minnesota, Inc.; and Eschelon Telecom, Inc. (the “CLEC Coalition”) filed a petition to intervene in this matter on June 6, 2006; and

WHEREAS, no objections have been made to these petitions to intervene and good cause has been shown under Minn. R. 1400.6200 to grant the petitions;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petitions of Onvoy, Inc., and the CLEC Coalition to intervene as parties in this matter are GRANTED.
