FOURTH PREHEARING ORDER |
On November 12, 2007, the parties filed a proposed a revised schedule they had agreed to, and to which the Department did not object. The Administrative Law Judge did not incorporate that revision in a formal order. On January 8, 2008, Qwest filed a Motion to Revise Schedule with a further modification the parties had agreed to. This Order incorporates the parties’ agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:
