PREHEARING ORDER |
WHEREAS,
Interstate Power and Light Company, Heron Lake BioEnergy, and Federated Rural
Electric Association jointly requested, by letter dated May 26, 2006, that the filing
date for the Prefiled Direct Testimony be extended to June 12, 2006, and that
the other filing dates for Rebuttal and Surrebuttal Testimony be extended by
one week; and
WHEREAS, good
cause has been shown for such a continuance;
NOW,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the schedule in this matter is hereby
revised as follows:

Direct Testimony June
12, 2006
Prefiled
Rebuttal Testimony June
26, 2006

Surrebuttal Testimony July
7, 2006
The
Second Prehearing Conference shall remain scheduled for July 12, 2006, at 2:30
p.m. via telephone conference call, and the Evidentiary Hearings shall remain
scheduled for July 31, August 1, and August 2, 2006.
The
parties are reminded to inform the Administrative Law Judge by June 15, 2006,
of their preference regarding the hearing location.
All other provisions of the First
Prehearing Order shall remain in effect.
