SCHEDULING ORDER

In the First Prehearing Order, issued on August 8, 2008, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge established a schedule for proceedings in this matter before the Office of Administrative Hearings. On September 4, 2008, counsel for Qwest requested that the deadline for filing direct testimony be postponed. Qwest stated that all parties to the proceeding agreed to the change.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
