In the Matter of the Request for Service in Qwest’s Tofte Exchange.

THIRD PREHEARING ORDER

 

          This Third Prehearing Order is issued to amend paragraphs 2-8 of the Second Prehearing Order issued on July 14.  The balance of the March 16 Prehearing Order remains in full force and effect.

 

IT IS ORDERED that the Second Prehearing Order issued in this matter on July 14, 2004, is AMENDED at paragraphs 2-8, as follows:

 

2.               The final date for intervention is September 3, 2004.

3.               Qwest files Direct testimony – July 15, 2004.

4.               Petitions to Intervene must be filed by October 8, 2004. 

5.               Intervenors file Direct testimony within 25 days of receipt of the “final cost” figures from Arrowhead Electric, or at the latest, November 15, 2004.  The parties shall notify the Administrative Law Judge upon receipt of those figures.

6.               Rebuttal testimony must be filed within 21 days of receipt of Intervenor’s Direct testimony, or at the latest, December 6, 2004.

7.               Surrebuttal testimony must be filed within 14 days of receipt of Qwest’s Rebuttal testimony, or at the latest, December 20, 2004.

8.               New dates for the Evidentiary hearing will be set at the time the Administrative Law Judge receives notice from the parties that Arrowhead Electric has submitted its final cost figures.
